Privacy Policy

This application does not ask you for any data, does not have user accounts, and does not send your game data anywhere: everything it stores - your game progress, scores, and settings - remains on your device. The free version displays an advertising banner served by Google AdMob, and this banner does involve Google receiving technical data from your device. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell anyone's data.

Any user identification or registration activity will be related to the mechanisms used by the Apple iOS platform itself. The developer is therefore not responsible for those mechanisms used to manage user activity.

Data processed by the application

Data that remains on your device and that we never see:

• Your current game, so that you can continue playing later.
• Your best scores, including the date, the mission reached, and the time played.
• Your settings: sound, vibration, music, backgrounds, colors, animations, and rendering speed.

This information is stored in the application's private storage on your device. It is not synchronized or copied to any server operated by us - we do not have any servers and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.

Advertising

The free version of this app displays a banner at the bottom of the game screen, served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates). In order to display an advertisement, the Google SDK receives and processes data such as:

• Device identifiers.
• Your IP address, from which an approximate location (such as your country or city) may be inferred.
• Technical information about your device and operating system.
• Data about your interaction with the advertisement, as well as performance and error data from the SDK itself.

Google uses this data to select and display advertisements, measure their performance, prevent fraud, and prevent abuse. For this processing, Google acts independently under its own privacy policy. You can read Google's Privacy Policy and read its terms regarding the use of information from sites or apps that use Google services.

This app does not display the iOS tracking permission dialog and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). Therefore, the ads you see are non-personalized: they are selected based on context rather than on a profile about you.

In-App Purchases

The full app is unlocked through a one-time purchase managed by Apple through the App Store. We do not see, receive, or store your name, address, or payment details: the app only asks the system whether the purchase has been completed and stores the response on your device. Payment processing is handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Customer Privacy Policy.

What the app does not do

• It does not ask you for any personal data and does not have registration or user accounts.
• It does not use its own analytics or third-party tools to measure how you use the app.
• It does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, or calendar.
• It does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
• It does not sell or disclose your data to anyone.

Legal basis under the GDPR

When data is processed, the processing is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the app operational and supporting it through non-personalized advertising, and on your consent where required by law. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the game will display a consent message before requesting the first advertisement where required by applicable regulations; you will be able to change your decision through that same consent mechanism.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability by writing to our contact email address.

Because we do not store any of your data on our servers, you can delete the data stored by the app by removing the app from your device.

Advertising data is held by Google, and any rights relating to that data should be exercised directly with Google. You can limit advertising data through Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising and through myadcenter.google.com.

Children

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly request or collect data from them. If you believe that a child has provided us with data, please contact us at our contact email address and we will address the matter.

Data retention

We do not retain your data because we do not receive it. The information stored by the app remains on your device for as long as you choose to keep it there. Advertising data is retained by Google in accordance with the retention periods set out in Google's own privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes the way it handles data, this policy will be updated before the corresponding version of the app is published, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. The current version of this policy is always available on the privacy policy webpage for this app.

Terms of use

This application has been developed including the usual security mechanisms for developing software for this platform.

No malicious code or behavior has been included within the application.

The creator is not responsible for possible problems or damages related to the use of this application.
